Thanks to it’s affordable pricing, easy of use, and a a trove of handy and unique features, the tool has practically exploded on the market and is now one of the best and most popular ESP’s.

I will cover in detail the features that make ConvertKit tick, but first let’s cover their pricing, because that’s what you’re here for, right? ๐Ÿ˜›

How To Get ConvertKit With a Discount?

Unfortunately, there’s no ConvertKit discount code. So I’m not talking about that.

Instead, I want to show you how to lower the regular price by favoring yearly plans over the monthly ones.

Namely, when you buy yearly you get a big discount.

ConvertKit pricing- yearly vs monthly

For example, Creator Plan costs $29 (for 1000 subs) when paid in monthly installments. But if you pick a yearly plan, you get it a $25/mo

For 3 000 subs the monthly fee is $49, but that gets lowered to $41 if you go with a yearly plan.

And the bigger the number, the more you save. For example if you wanted to buy a plan that covers 205 000 subscribers, then instead of paying $1279/mo, you’d pay $1066.

It’s a huge savings and it’s only logical to go yearly, because why wouldn’t you want to pay cheaper for your new ESP?

And what can you realistically do with your list in a period of a few months?

List building is a years-long process.

Taking Advantage of ConvertKit Sliding Scale Pricing (A Quick Tutorial)

First, go to ConvertKit pricing page and click choose the plan you want and the subscriber count limit you need.

I’ll go with the Creator plan and a 1000 subscriber tier. I’ll also pick yearly because then I’ll get 2 months free subscription.

Click on “Start Free Trial“.

Next, you’ll be taken to the setup page.

Here you’ll be prompted to answer a few quick questions about your business and the ESP you’re already using, if any.

Click on the โ€˜Get Startedโ€™ button to continue.

ConvertKit Features- A Brief Breakdown

This is not my ConvertKit review, so I’ll be brief and talk about the essentials that make ConvertKit such a boon of a tool.

Otherwise, if I tried to cover everything the tool has to offer, you’d be here all day reading ๐Ÿ˜€

#1- Subscriber Tagging and Unlimited Email Sequences

With ConvertKit you can tag your subs based on where they are in their buyer journey, so that people in different stages will get different emails.

And then you can tailor your email sequence to take them by the hand and lead them to the solution of their problem- that is the product you’re promoting and that can help them.

#2- Email Auto Resend

When you first send out your email not everyone’s gonna see it and engage with it.

That’s just the nature of the game, whether you buy ConvertKit or not.

But with this tool you can automatically segment your subscribers into those that engaged and those that didn’t.

And the latter group will get the same email a day later and possible with a more enticing subject line.

Hey, we all learn from our own mistakes ๐Ÿ™‚

#3- Built-for-Conversions Optin Forms

Optinmonster is a great tool, but also rather pricey and many marketers simply can’t afford it as part of their tool-set.

If you’re one of them you’ll be pleased to know that ConvertKit offer a whole library of free optin forms you can embed on your site.

What’s more, these optins are made by the CRO experts over at ConvertKit. So they’re bound to perform better than anything amateurish you would’ve whipped up in Optinmonster.

Try ConvertKit today!

#4- Free Landing Page Builder

Free landing page builder

Great landing pages make selling products 10x easier.

And a little known ConvertKit feature is that you can either make your landing pages from scratch;

or you can use one of their templates (there are hundreds of them readily available) to start with 95% of work already done for you.

Landing pages will help you sell more, and ConvertKit will help you create them.

What’s more, you’ll also be saving your money because you won’t have to buy a dedicated landing page builder.

#5- Abundant Integrations

ConvertKit Integrations

As mentioned above, ConvertKit integrates with 93 different apps and software + Zapier.

With that amount of integrations you can be sure that you will be able to connect your ConvertKit account with whatever app you want and need.

Some of the more popular integrations are:

  • ClickFunnels;
  • Unbounce;
  • Lead Pages;
  • FastPages (read my FastPages review here)
  • WebinarJam;
  • EasyWebinar;
  • Demio;
  • Stripe;
  • Shopify;
  • SamCart
  • etc.

Basically, it’s extremely rare to find an app that can’t work in conjunction with ConvertKit.
