Customs, Duties, Taxes and Other Charges

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges collected for international orders. International Returns
International returns to Nikola Roza precious metals jewelry store follow the standard 30-day return policy, but customers must pay all shipping costs, duties, VAT, and taxes for returning items. We don’t accept COD returns.
If you paid duties, VAT, or taxes when receiving your order, you must contact the shipping carrier directly for any refund requests.
If you refuse a package at customs or are unavailable to receive it, causing return charges to Nikola Roza, you’ll be responsible for all related expenses. These costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
We suggest using UPS or FedEx for returns, though you may choose any carrier.
