Orders placed before 1pm Eastern Time will ship the following business day, while those placed after 1pm will ship on the second business day.

Which carrier does your company use to ship?

We use UPS and USPS and these are our preferred shipping carriers for all international and domestic shipments.

Yes the wholesale price on our website is the wholesale price you’ll pay when you buy. The suggested retail price is typically 20%–100% above the wholesale price.

We keep out collection current and fresh and therefore we’re updating our products periodically.

We don’t have any catalogs. We currently display our full jewelry collection on our website.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We strive to maintain full inventory of all our product lines, but occasionally items may become unavailable. If something you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you within one business day of your purchase, and you’ll have the option to select a substitute item. Most out-of-stock merchandise is typically replenished within 4-8 weeks.
