Advantage Gold Lawsuits
There aren’t many lawsuits against Advantage Gold. They’re an excellent precious metals IRA company.
Below are the details of the three lawsuits I was able to find, with links to the full case if you want to read it.
Lawsuit 1- Daschbach v. Advantage Gold, LLC
On July 28, 2022 Richard Daschbach filed a class action lawsuit against Advantage Gold, LLC. The plaintiff accused Advantage Gold of making unsolicited phone calls to people who are on the National Do Not Call Registry.
The goal of the lawsuit was to stop Advantage Gold from continuing this practice and to obtain compensation for people who have received these unwanted calls.
The lawsuit asked for statutory damages for members of the class, as well as court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
The allegations are based on Daschbach’s personal experiences and knowledge. For the other matters in the lawsuit, the allegations are based on information, beliefs, and investigations conducted by the attorneys.

Lawsuit 2- MOUHAMADOU BA VS ADVANTAGE GOLD LLC, ET AL.
On November 4, 2020, Mouhamadou Ba brought a labor-related lawsuit against the company Advantage Gold LLC in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, Santa Monica Courthouse. The judge presiding over the case was Mark H. Epstein. The case has since reached disposition with a judgment being entered, closing out the legal action.
These were the only three lawsuits Advantage Gold haven been involved in that I was able to find. As time passes there will be more and I’ll make sure to update my article accordingly.
Larry Levin Vs Advantage Gold, Llc, An Illinois Limited Liability Company
Larry Levin brought a commercial breach of contract lawsuit, represented by attorney Robert W. Miller, against three defendants – Advantage Gold LLC (an Illinois limited liability company), Ozeta Pacific Advisors (a California corporation), and Rosewood Investment Group (a California corporation). The latter companies were represented in the case by attorney James Ryan Molen.
This lawsuit was filed within the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County, specifically in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, Stanley Mosk Courthouse. The judge presiding over the case was Holly J. Fujie.
Is Advantage Gold Legit or a Scam? Why Aren’t There More Lawsuits Against This Gold IRA Company?
Advantage Gold is a legitimate gold IRA company. They’re not a scam.
They’ve been in business since 2014 and since then thousands of American savers and investors have invested in precious metals thanks to this company.

Advantage Gold Complaints and Negative Reviews- Is Advantage Gold Legit or a Scam?
Like all other gold IRA companies operating in the USA Advantage Gold has also received a handful of complaints and negative reviews about their service.
I picked some of those and detailed them below.
Complaint 1
Here’s someone who is generally happy doing business with Advantage Gold, but wishes they didn’t have to pay in advance and also wish to have been more promptly informed about the status of their precious metals shipment.
Complaint 2
Here’s someone who’s also happy with Advantage Gold’s service, but complains about relentless calling from Advantage Gold’s representative.
I guess Advantage Gold came on a bit too hard with their marketing in this case.
Complaint 3
Here’s another example of someone happy with the service, but wishing things were faster.

“My only observation was that it was more time consuming that it needed to be and could have been shortened when presented to someone that had already decided that investing in a precious metal IRA was the right thing to do.”
Complaint 4
Here’s someone complaining that the precious metals Advantage Gold sell are overpriced (very high markup) and also that the salespeople this company employs are relentless at calling potential customers.
As you can see there weren’t any major complaints or problems with Advantage Gold. Instead, it’s people mostly nitpicking or complaining about the price of precious metals on the market, and not about the company per se.
On some major consumer watchdog websites Advantage Gold don’t even have any negative reviews submitted to them.

Advantage Gold Cons

- No buybacks.
- No transparent pricing on their website.
- No numismatic coins.
- No copper products.
- No lifetime account support.
Advantage Gold offers precious metal investments including gold, silver, platinum and palladium. The company is well rated by recognized institutions and regularly receives very high customer review scores (and they have thousands of customer reviews combined)
Advantage Gold is a good option for you if you want to work closely with a company and learn everything you need to know about investing in precious metals. Remember, Advantage Gold will not sell to you before educating you and giving you your options.
They’re a legitimate gold IRA company, but they’re not perfect. The main thing I don’t like is that Advantage Gold don’t have a customer-protective refund and metal buyback policies. This is not a big deal because 99% of customers don’t request a refund or buyback, but the 1% do and they’re left hanging.
The best way to get started with Advantage Gold is to download their free gold IRA kit. Educate yourself about it and except a call from an AG representative through whom you’ll be able to open your gold IRA account. Or purchase physical precious metals outside of gold IRA.

Advantage Gold is not a scam but an excellent and legitimate gold and silver IRA company.
They have hundreds of positive customer reviews and only a handful of complaints, mostly solved without issues.
