There’re four lawsuits APMEX have been involved in.

Lawsuit 1- TRAYNOR v. APMEX, INC
On April 17, 2019, Yaseen Traynor filed a legal complaint in a federal court in New York against Apmex, Inc. Traynor alleges in the complaint that Apmex’s website, www.apmex.com, does not meet accessibility standards laid out in version 2.1 of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Specifically, Traynor claims the website isn’t fully accessible to people with disabilities as required by those guidelines. He filed a complaint against Apmex to force the company to update its website to comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Lawsuit 2- APMEX Inc v. Bailey
The law firm Crowe & Dunlevy filed a lawsuit alleging breach of contract on Friday, December 20, 2023, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. They filed the suit on behalf of their client, APMEX Inc., a company that buys and sells precious metals and coins.
The lawsuit brings claims against a defendant named Arlene Bailey regarding a business transaction between APMEX and Bailey that was ultimately cancelled. Bailey doesn’t yet have legal representation in this case. The case number is 5:20-cv-01028, and the official case name is Apmex Inc v. Bailey.
Lawsuit 3- A World Trade, Inc. v. Apmex, Inc. et al
On January 31, 2020, A World Trade, Inc. filed an antitrust lawsuit against Apmex, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The lawsuit alleges antitrust laws violations. The case has been assigned to District Judge Maria A. Audero and Magistrate Judge Fernando M. Olguin but remains pending with no further action at this time.
No more info is available about this lawsuit against APMEX. I’ll update my article once the verdict is available, and the settlement amount is known.

Lawsuit 4- Kircos vs APMEX Incorporated
On May 4, 2021, the plaintiff Kircos filed a small claims lawsuit against the defendant APMEX Incorporated in the San Diego County Superior Court’s San Diego Central Courthouse. The lawsuit fell under the “Other Small Claim” category. The court ultimately dismissed the case, disposing of the matter without a ruling or settlement. This closed the case in the San Diego Central Courthouse’s records.

No more info is available about this lawsuit against APMEX. Once the verdict is available, I’ll update my article.

There’re only four lawsuits filed against APMEX. They’re a legit gold investment and IRA company that does good work for Americans looking to diversify their portfolios. APMEX isn’t a pyramid scheme. They’re also not a scam.
