However, Noble Gold ltd (mentioned in this lawsuit) isn’t the same as Noble Gold Investments gold IRA company. It’s actually this company (not a gold IRA company or gold investment company, and not Noble Gold Investments).
They’re entirely different businesses.

Lawsuit 2- Golden Bull, LLC v. Elliott
Lawyers from the law firm Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie filed paperwork on Monday to transfer a lawsuit from state to federal court in the Central District of California. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit are Golden Bull LLC, doing business as My Noble Gold Investments. They are represented by attorney Evan A. Clark.
The lawsuit alleges claims of tortious interference with business and defamation against Kirk M. Elliott and other unnamed defendants. Golden Bull has an exclusive endorsement agreement with an individual named Lawerence Torres. Golden Bull seeks a court order prohibiting the defendants from doing business with Torres in violation of that agreement.
The federal case number is 2:23-cv-06190. The case name is Golden Bull, LLC v. Elliott et al. This refers to Golden Bull’s lawsuit against Kirk Elliott and other parties.
Note: this lawsuit is still ongoing with no resolution reached so far. Once the verdict is reached I’ll post it in my article.
