#13- Can I use Google Search Console Instead of Majestic SEO or SEMrush for Link Building?
You can’t use Google Search Console instead of Majestic SEO or SEMrush for link building.
Because, even though Google Search Console shows you the links your site is getting, it’s simply not enough.
First, Google only shows you a sample of links they know of, not all of them.
Second, they purposefully don’t distinguish between follow and nofollow links, a crucial distinction when it comes to link building.
Third, they don’t show you anchor text (or text around the link) which is a necessary thing to know when building backlinks.
Honestly, Google Search Console is pretty useless when it comes to building links. I never use it and it can’t replace either Majestic SEO or SEMrush.

You can’t use Google Analytics instead of Majestic SEO and SEMrush for link building.
This is because Google Analytics is an analytics software that monitors and reports on your site and your site only. It can’t help you with link building at all as it has nothing to do with link building.
