Here’s the TLDR version.
Bishop Gold Group, LLC has faced two lawsuits. The first, filed by Paul Stone on November 18, 2022, is a labor-related case heard at the Los Angeles County Superior Court under Judge Teresa A. Beaudet, with details remaining limited and the case still pending.
The second, filed by Jennifer Pitts on March 25, 2024, in Florida’s Northern District Court, alleges Bishop Gold Group violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) through improper telemarketing practices. Both cases remain unresolved with no settlements reached.
I will provide updates once verdicts or settlement amounts are announced.

While doing my research for this article I found only two lawsuits Bishop Gold Group were involved in.

Lawsuit 1- PAUL STONE VS BISHOP GOLD GROUP, LLC.., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION
On November 18th, 2022, Paul Stone brought a labor-related lawsuit against Bishop Gold Group, LLC, a California corporation. This lawsuit was opened in the Los Angeles County Superior Courts at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles. The presiding judge is Teresa A. Beaudet. The current status of the case is pending further action.
Lawsuit 2- PITTS v. BISHOP GOLD GROUP LLC
Jennifer Pitts filed a lawsuit against Bishop Gold Group LLC alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The TCPA restricts telemarketing practices, including unsolicited calls. Filed in the Northern District of Florida on March 25, 2024, the case [3:24-cv-00128] centers around Bishop Gold Group’s alleged use of telephone equipment in a manner that violates the TCPA.
The lawsuit indicates a legal challenge to the company’s marketing and communication methods. M. Casey Rodgers is the referring judge.
These are the only two lawsuits Bishop Gold Group were involved in. The lawsuit are still pending so once the settlements are reached I’ll make sure to update my Bishop Gold Group lawsuit guide.

Bishop Gold Group Lawsuit- Is Bishop Gold Group a Pyramid Scheme? Conclusion
There’re only two lawsuits filed against Bishop Gold Group. That’s an excellent result for a 7+ year old company. You don’t have to worry about gold IRA scams if you decide to work with Bishop Gold Group.
Bishop Gold Group aren’t a pyramid scheme scam and they’re a legit US gold IRA company serving Americans looking to diversify their portfolios with precious metals.
