Update. Bishop Gold Group denied all wrongdoing and liability, choosing to settle to avoid the costs and uncertainties of ongoing litigation. The trademark infringement lawsuit, Birch Gold Group, LP v. Bishop Gold Group, LLC (Case 2:2025cv09105), was filed in September 2025 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
As direct competitors in the physical precious metals and gold IRA industry, Birch Gold Group initiated the litigation against Bishop Gold Group alleging intellectual property and corporate trademark violations.
