Palladium and Platinum Products Available
Bishop Gold Group are a rare precious metals investment company in the sense that they don’t sell just sell gold and silver, but also palladium and platinum.
The latter two precious metals are popular among investors, but for some reason, most gold IRA companies focus exclusively on selling gold and silver items.
Bishop Gold Group Review 2024- the pros of this gold IRA company explained! #goldira #silverira #nikolaroza Share on XBishop Gold Group Cons
- Complaint 1- Pricing is unavailable on the website.
- Complaint 2 -Fees not shown on the site
- Complaint 3- No info about Bishop Gold Group’s refund guarantee.
Complaint 1- Bullion Pricing Unavailable on the Website
Bishop Gold Group don’t show the pricing go their stock directly on the website.
You need to download Bishop Gold Group’s free precious metals guide so you can get in touch with them so they can tell you what their precious metals bullion costs.
This is a con, but it’ also standard practice in the gold and silver investment industry. Nearly all Bishop Gold’s competitors don’t display their pricing too.
Complaint 2- Fees Unavailable Online
Similar to their product pricing, Bishop Gold Group also don’t say what their fees are on their website.
Complaint 3- Refund Policy Unavailable on Bishop Gold’s Website
Bishop Gold Group probably have some kind of refund policy in place. I mean, all legitimate gold IRA companies do and BGG are legit and reputable.
That said, their policy is not publicly displayed on their website which is a definite con in my book.
Note: the refund policy should be displayed publicly and prominently, but it isn’t. I even did a site search and the word “refund” is not mentioned on BGG’s website.
Don’t forget to ask them about their refund policy if you decide to get in touch with them and inquire about their pricing.
Bishop Gold Group Customer Support
Bishop Gold Group have excellent customer service and support, one of the best in the industry.
You can contact BGG via their contact page here. They usually respond very quickly, within 24h.
You can also contact Bishop Gold via their official social profiles.
They’re active on Twitter and LinkedIn.
Bishop Gold Group Fees
As I covered in the Bishop Gold Group cons section, BGG don’t publicly display their account management fees.
However, as with all other precious metal investment companies you should expect to pay setup and annual fees if you decide to do business with Bishop Gold.
The company doesn’t disclose these fees (and the info is unavailable online.
I checked at the moment of writing my review of Bishop Gold and found nothing definite) but you can assume their fees are in range of what other gold IRA companies would charge you.
For example, with Augusta Precious Metals you can expect to pay $250 for your first year. Afterwards, the fee is flat at $200 per year. Read my Augusta Precious Metals review here.
With Goldco Precious Metals you can expect to pay $230 for your first year. Afterwards, the fee is flat at $180 per year. Read my Goldco Precious Metals review here.
With Birch Gold Group you can expect to pay $230 for your first year. Afterwards, the fee is flat at $180 per year. Read my Birch Gold Group review here.
Note: Bishop Gold Group provides 24/7 updates on the cost of precious metals, and you can view a live feed of gold, silver, platinum and palladium market prices on its website.
