Lawsuit 1- Daschbach v. Advantage Gold, LLC
On July 28, 2022 Richard Daschbach filed a class action lawsuit against Advantage Gold, LLC. The plaintiff accused Advantage Gold of making unsolicited phone calls to people who’re on the National Do Not Call Registry.
The goal of the lawsuit is to stop Advantage Gold from continuing this practice and to obtain compensation for people who’ve received these unwanted calls.
The lawsuit asked for statutory damages for members of the class, as well as court costs and reasonable attorneys fees.The allegations are based on Daschbach’s personal experiences and knowledge. For the other matters in the lawsuit, the allegations are based on information, beliefs, and investigations conducted by the attorneys.
The verdict hasn’t been reached on this lawsuit against Advantage Gold. I’ll make sure to update my guide when the verdict drops.

Lawsuit 2- MOUHAMADOU BA VS ADVANTAGE GOLD LLC, ET AL.
On November 4, 2020, Mouhamadou Ba brought a labor-related lawsuit against the company Advantage Gold LLC in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, Santa Monica Courthouse. The judge presiding over the case was Mark H. Epstein. The case has since reached disposition with a judgment being entered, closing out the legal action.
There is no recorded jury verdict in Mouhamadou Ba v. Advantage Gold LLC, et al. because the case was a Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and labor class action lawsuit, which typically resolve through private settlements, dismissals, or court-approved class settlements rather than a formal trial verdict. Lawsuit 3- Larry Levin Vs Advantage Gold, LlC, An Illinois Limited Liability Company
Larry Levin brought a commercial breach of contract lawsuit, represented by attorney Robert W. Miller, against three defendants – Advantage Gold LLC (an Illinois limited liability company), Ozeta Pacific Advisors (a California corporation), and Rosewood Investment Group (a California corporation). The latter companies were represented in the case by attorney James Ryan Molen.
This lawsuit was filed within the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County, specifically in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, Stanley Mosk Courthouse. The judge presiding over the case was Holly J. Fujie.
No public verdict is available for Larry Levin v. Advantage Gold, LLC (Case No. 19STCV10484).
