Rosland Capital Lawsuits
There’re currently only four lawsuits Rosland Capital were involved in. I detail these lawsuits right below.
Lawsuit 1- WARREN WILSON VS ROSLAND CAPITAL LLC
On November 9, 2015, Warren Wilson initiated a civil lawsuit concerning labor and employment matters against Rosland Capital LLC. The case was filed in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse of the Los Angeles County Superior Courts in California. The case has been resolved with a final judgment entered and is now closed.
Lawsuit 2- WILLIAM DENNISON VS ROSLAND CAPITAL, LLC
On September 17, 2018, William Dennison filed a personal injury and tort lawsuit alleging elder/dependent adult abuse against Rosland Capital, LLC. The case was filed in the Santa Monica Courthouse of the Los Angeles County Superior Courts in California. Judges Craig D. Karlan and Zaven V. Sinanian are presiding over the case, which remains open.
Lawsuit 3- ROSLAND CAPITAL LLC VS VINCENT J BOVINO ET AL
On 02/18/2015 ROSLAND CAPITAL LLC filed a Contract – Other Contract lawsuit against VINCENT J BOVINO. This case was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Courts, Stanley Mosk Courthouse located in Los Angeles, California. The case status is Disposed – Dismissed.
Lawsuit 4- ROSLAND CAPITAL LLC VS CLAUDE FREY JR
On September 20, 2016, Rosland Capital LLC filed a contract dispute lawsuit against Claude Frey Jr. The case was filed in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse of the Los Angeles County Superior Courts in Los Angeles, California. The case has been disposed of through dismissal.
There’re very few lawsuits filed against Rosland Capital at the moment. But who knows what the future holds?
