Noble Gold Investments Lawsuit
While doing my research for this article I was able to find one lawsuit that Noble Gold was involved in. It happened over 6 years ago.
However, Noble Gold ltd (mentioned in this lawsuit) is not the same as Noble Gold Investment’s gold IRA company. It’s actually this company (not a gold IRA company, and not Noble Gold Investments).
They’re entirely different businesses.
Right below the image is the only other lawsuit Noble Gold Investments (the gold IRA company) have been involved in.
Lawsuit 1- Golden Bull, LLC v. Elliott
Lawyers from the law firm Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie filed paperwork on Monday to transfer a lawsuit from state to federal court in the Central District of California. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit are Golden Bull LLC, doing business as My Noble Gold Investments. They are represented by attorney Evan A. Clark.
The lawsuit alleges claims of tortious interference with business and defamation against Kirk M. Elliott and other unnamed defendants. Golden Bull has an exclusive endorsement agreement with an individual named Lawerence Torres. Golden Bull seeks a court order prohibiting the defendants from doing business with Torres in violation of that agreement.
The federal case number is 2:23-cv-06190. The case name is Golden Bull, LLC v. Elliott et al. This refers to Golden Bull’s lawsuit against Kirk Elliott and other parties.
Is Noble Gold Investment a Legitimate Gold IRA Company? Or are They a Scam?
Noble Gold Investments is a legitimate gold IRA company.
Even though they were founded only in 2016, they have already built a stellar reputation with their customers and many Americans have already diversified their retirement savings with the help of this company.

Now let’s see some of the complaints about Noble Gold Investments. Like any other gold IRA company on the US market, Noble Gold has a handful of complaints to their name scattered across several consumer watchdog websites.
I detail a handful of these complaints right below.
Complaint 1
Here’s someone complaining about how they lost $ 100,000 on their investment in precious metals.
Their written complaint is short, but based on Noble Gold’s response right below it seems the price of gold went down bringing with it the value of gold coins and bars this person purchased.
Complaint 2
Here’s a second example of a complaint. However this time it’s about Equity Trust, a custodian company Noble Gold Investments work with.
It’s posted on Noble Gold’s ConsumerAffairs profile, probably by mistake.
Nevertheless, Noble Gold’s representative promised to get in touch with someone from Equity Trust and help solve the issue for the client who thinks they’ve overpaid.
Complaint 3
Here’s someone complaining about the lack of communication between Noble Gold Investments and them. The company’s representative promised a speedier response next time.
Complaint 4
Here’s someone who says the paperwork is lacking when doing business with Noble Gold Investments. At least that was their experience.
This person also complains they never received the free silver they were promised when opening their gold IRA account.
Complaint 5
Here’s someone who wanted to buy enough silver so they didn’t have to pay taxes upon asset liquidation. They did buy it from Noble Gold Investments and ended up with a duty to pay taxes once she decided it was time to liquidate her silver assets.
This customer is unhappy because they believe they’ve been told the wrong information by a Noble Gold Investments customer support staff.

Here’s someone who complains of the financial loss they suffered as the value of their precious metals depreciated.
This customer asked NBI for help but in return, they got a simple brochure with no direct answers to their questions.
This person is disappointed.
