Swan Bitcoin Lawsuits
Swan Bitcoin have never been sued. There are no pending lawsuits against them and they were never involved in a court trial of any sort in the past.
When I searched the major lawsuit curation sites I couldn’t find a single lawsuit against Swan Bitcoin.

No luck there.
Swan Bitcoin have never been sued, but over time they will be, like pretty much any other successful business. Once they get taken to court, I’ll report it here.
Is Swan Bitcoin Legit? Are They a Scam? Why Aren’t There More Lawsuits Against This Bitcoin IRA Company?
Swan Bitcoin are a legit Bitcoin IRA company. They’re not a scam. There aren’t many lawsuits against them because they do good service to people looking to invest in Bitcoin and open a Bitcoin IRA.
Swan Bitcoin doesn’t have a BBB profile (at the moment I wrote this guide) but their Trustpilot, Product Hunt and Trustindex scores are superb.
These profiles boast hundreds of positive reviews about Swan Bitcoin and only a handful of negative reviews and complaints.
I’ll cover the negative comments further below in this article, but here are a few positive customer reviews Swan Bitcoin have garnered over time.
Note: Swan Bitcoin don’t have profiles on platforms like Sitejabber, Trustlink, ConsumerAffairs and Yelp.
Swan Bitcoin Complaints and Negative Reviews- Is Swan Bitcoin a Scam or Legit?
As I mentioned above, there is a handful of negative reviews and complaints about Swan Bitcoin posted online. I picked some of them and detailed them right below.
Complaint 1
Here’s someone complaining they invested over £16,000 with Swan Bitcoin, but when they wanted a refund, they couldn’t get it.
The person talked to several Swan Bitcoin staff members and still came out empty handed. They conclude their negative review by warning people not to do business with Swan Bitcoin.
Complaint 2
Here’s someone who complains they’ve been unable to invest and use the Swan Bitcoin platform due to being labelled a “security risk”.
The person says other would-be investors have experienced similar issues and are disappointed with the bad experience they’ve had with this Bitcoin IRA company.
The person concludes:
“Perhaps this was all a scam to collect identifying information to sell to the highest bidder.”

Here’s someone who complains that Swan Bitcoin froze their account, yet is still withdrawing fees from it. They obviously aren’t happy about it and are complaining of the poor customer support.

Here’s someone who’s complaining Swan Bitcoin’s platform and app is very unprofessional with inadequate and untransparent reporting.

Here’s someone (a would-be customer from Canada) who complains that they made several payments to Swan Bitcoin via wire transfer, and they all got refused.
This person spent more than $100 just paying the banks, and they feel dejected that a reputable company like Swan Bitcoin can’t fix this seemingly simple problem.

Here’s someone complaining that they couldn’t access their account. This person has been trying for 2 weeks to get in touch with Swan Bitcoin staff, but without success.
